Our approach is built around understanding the whole person — their physical needs, emotional wellbeing, personal preferences, culture, faith and life experiences. We work closely with families, GPs, district nurses, therapists, social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, safe and effective care.

Meet the Founder
Having worked closely with patients and families throughout my nursing career, I recognised the importance of delivering care that goes beyond tasks and routines. Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and kindness while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Founding Open Heart Care was my way of bringing that vision to life. I wanted to create a service where compassion, dignity, and respect come first — where individuals are empowered to live the life they choose, safely and confidently.
